This was very good hotel for the price. It's at the city center and easy walk to the tourist sites. Breakfast was very good with rich selection. Only downside was lack of air conditioner. It was very hot in the room. If had known about it, we would have left the window open when we went out for dinner. It was noisy when we opened the window, so we had to choose between heat and noise to sleep.

Young lady at reception spoke good English (my Turkish is very limited), and was very welcoming. She was also very helpful (and patient) will problematic Wi-Fi on my phone. Lots of supermarkets within 5 min walk, some decent restaurants and less than 10 min to Dolmus office (Yesil Artvin) for bus to Hopa and Georgian border. And 10 min from Train Station if getting off Doug’s Ekspresi from Ankara. Decent sized room, clean and with comfy bed.

Good hotel. We stayed there for 2 nigts and everything was good. But there was no conditioning in the rooms.

Fantastic staff!
I love it here! The staff are so kind and incredibly helpful. It’s a lovely hotel, with nice clean rooms and good air circulation in summer. I so much appreciate the help from the staff!

Hotel was a short walk from train station and to centre. Room seemed tidy. However, it reeked of cigarette and there was no air-con. Breakfast ok Turkish style.

Delusione di Hotels.com e di questa struttura.
L'albergo non offre quello che Hotels.com narra . È stata una delusione su tutti i fronti: dalla stanza venduta come Deluxe (era appena accettabile) con un bagno piccolissimo, piatto doccia a terra che allagava tutto, frigo bar vuoto (si narrava di bevande gratis) colazione minima e non varia,solo alla turca con formaggi salati e vaschette di burro e marmellata per quella internazionale. Veniva descritta come struttura con piscina: BALLE! Era inesistente cara Hotels.com. Si consiglia di controllare le strutture prima di descriverne certe caratteristiche, altrimenti si truffano i clienti. Unica, ma solo unica nota positiva, la vicinanza relativa al centro storico. La volta prossima mi guarderò bene di fidarmi di Hotels con e delle sue proposte.
