We stayed at TRS Ibiza with the all-inclusive package. Overall, the rooms are really nice and the resort itself is beautiful, but there are definitely some things we wish we had known before booking. One of our biggest disappointments was the food situation at night. Food service shuts down at midnight, which is a huge problem if you’re coming to Ibiza to attend any of the shows or nightlife. By the time you get back to the hotel, there is basically nothing available to eat. Also, be careful ordering room service even if you have the all-inclusive package, as it is not necessarily included and you can end up being charged. This was surprising and disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. The only real pub/bar for later in the evening, Gravity, also shuts down at midnight, even when it’s busy and everyone is having a great time. For a resort in Ibiza, we found this very strange. You would expect at least one bar or lounge to stay open later, especially considering the nightlife atmosphere of the island. The rooms themselves are very nice, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were okay overall, some were great, while others were just average. TRS has a lot of potential and there were things we enjoyed, but if you’re booking it specifically because you want a true all-inclusive Ibiza experience, the midnight closures and lack of late-night food and drinks are definitely something to consider.
