Peculiar eighteenth century house, located in the heart of the village of Migjorn Gran, completely renovated in 2012 with all the charm of being the oldest house in town, but needed to spend a nice time on the island amenities. Unbeatable location in the center of the island, in the village of more traditional Menorca. a few kilometers from the beaches of Binigaus, Santo Tomas, and surrounded by a beautiful natural environment with wonderful roads and scenery.

We loved the property very central & charming.We needed information on how to work the hob.We did,nt know there was a freezer until found by chance in cleaning cupboard.We could have done with an electric kettle.We discovered a leaflet in town hall giving us information about 2 stunning circular walks.We hope to return it was so good

Il est toujours assez difficile de trouver un lieu de vacances en plein hiver... Cette maison, au delà d'être typique, est très agréable et confortable. Le village est très bien situé pour faire de nombreuses balades à pied ou à vélo dans les terres ou sur la côte et reste animé au cœur de l'hiver.

La ubicacion de la casa es genial. En la Plaza Mayor del pueblo - al lado de la panaderia- carniceria - super con productos locales. Todo a mano. Siscu esta siempre disponible. Los vecinos super amables. La casa es muy autentica y ofrece todo para poder disfrutar de la Menorca Autentica! Muchas gracias por todo Siscu!

Authenticité et emplacement idéal
Maison de caractère au coeur d'un village calme, soigné et qui a su conserver son authenticité. L'emplacement permet de découvrir facilement les différentes parties de l'île. Le propriétaire a fait tout son possible pour pallier aux désagréments causés par l'absence de Wifi, et la panne de la machine à laver, à notre arrivée.

Hübsches Häuschen
Uns hat das menorquinische Häuschen gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und wir haben auch die Atmosphäre im Dorf genossen. Von dort aus lässt sich die Insel gut erkunden (Mietfahrzeug vorausgesetzt).

Das Haus wurde renoviert, hat aber immer noch den typischen Menorca-Stil behalten. Wunderbare Sicht auf die Landschaft. Uns hat es gefallen und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
