"The staff took an older motel and turned it into a very comfortable and thoughtful stay. We loved the lounge chairs out front of our room to watch the sunset, and to sip on a few beers. Ethan was amazing! He showed us the room, explained the TV system, and encouraged us to reach out for any questions. The bed was very comfortable. The room was comfortable, and the suade couch quite decadent. It was a very pleasant surprise for a great price."

"The property was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated and fairly large. There is not any staff on the property; the check-in is all online. We got through it ok, but had to help another couple that were from Spain. We called the help number and was able to get them checked in."

"The rooms are beautiful, with many thoughtful touches, including extra towels, slippers, lovely toiletries, and plenty of starter items in the kitchen, as well as good coffee and a great selection of tea. Plus, snacks! The managers were extremely helpful and I also highly recommend breakfast at their restaurant"

"The Little House is a jewel in Escalante. I used it as a home base for hiking, visiting national parks, relaxing, and even working remotely when the situation arose. I appreciate the flawless wifi to take care of those work responsibilities. Melani is as responsive as it gets if you need anything, and Alan was a joy to chat to. I especially enjoyed the privacy fence in the backyard as I sat and watched the hummingbirds flit about. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
