We booked to stay here while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Spa, 29 miles away. It was convenient, very clean, had spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay. The only negative was that there are no staff onsite (all automated) and therefore no breakfast options. Not even tea or coffee making in rooms! I’d stay again, but I’d take a kettle with me. The only options for food within walking distance are McDonald’s and Burger King, which my 14 yr old loved but I wasn’t so keen. We did buy food in Lidl but fresh food went off quickly in the heat, with no refrigeration facilities.

Room at the back so very quiet and nice view. Room was okay, bit messy and some slightly broken things in the badroom but still function and working. Overall it was good to stay

This is more a shelter rather than a hotel. No customer service, no reception, no fridge in the rooms, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, just two pillows, a place to sleep and leave very basic service better to go to the nearby city Aachen for better hotels.

Beaucoup de bruits la nuit, on dirait que les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend les discussions des voisins, sans parler des bruits de claquements de portes, j'ai tres mal dormi. Les rideaux ne couvrent pas toute la fenêtres. Sinon check-in et checkout faciles et autonomes.

Zimmer eigentlich OK. Leider sehr starker Gulli Geruch, zumindest in meinem Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk. Dazu ziemlich lautes Türknallen durch die automatischen Türschliesser. Trotz allem angemessen für den Preis für eine Nacht

Leider war unser Aufenthalt alles andere als angenehm. Das Zimmer war unangenehm heiß, da es viele Fenster hatte, aber nicht ausreichend abgedunkelt werden konnte – es waren schlichtweg nicht genug Vorhänge vorhanden. Schlafen war dadurch kaum möglich. Direkt beim Betreten fiel uns ein intensiver Rauchgeruch auf – offenbar hatte zuvor jemand im Zimmer geraucht. Besonders bedenklich: Der Rauchmelder war mit einer Plastiktüte überzogen, vermutlich, um das Rauchen zu verschleiern (Foto vorhanden). Das ist nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern stellt ein ernstzunehmendes Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Am Abend wollten wir duschen, doch es kam nur eiskaltes Wasser. Nach einem Anruf kam zwar jemand vorbei, konnte das Problem jedoch nicht beheben – wir mussten kalt duschen, und erst am nächsten Tag war wieder Warmwasser verfügbar. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – vor allem bei dem Preisniveau. So ein Zimmer sollte in diesem Zustand nicht vermietet werden.
