The town centre is about a minute’s walk away, while the building’s secluded location ensures a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is located on the ground floor.

The living area is particularly spacious and forms the heart of the apartment. A large smart TV and a cosy seating area with a high-quality sleeper sofa ensure a high level of comfort. The living room is connected to the kitchen via a convenient serving hatch. Both the kitchen and living area face the garden and benefit from their south-facing orientation, which provides plenty of natural light.

An added convenience is the separate guest bathroom, which is located apart from the main bathroom. This is a significant advantage, especially when the apartment is occupied by several people or when the sofa bed in the living area is in use. The apartment is complemented by a small balcony facing the sunny side, which invites you to spend a little time outdoors.

The “Haus zur Möwe” includes a large garden with a brick barbecue, which is available for guests’ use. The garden and pool area at the main house, “Zum Seehund,” is about a 4–5-minute walk away and is also available for use.
