Holiday house "Teetied31" in Esens
In the beautiful old town of Esen you will find this comfortable holiday home "Teetied31" with approx. The bright and friendly designed rooms were completely refurbished in early 2017 with high quality inventory such as B. Fitted kitchen, 1.80 m box spring bed (large bedroom), double loft bed (small bedroom), Siemens washer dryer, 49 inch Curve HD TV cable TV, multimedia, Netflix, Amazon ... there is also free WiFi, a terrace with a grill and a garage for your car!

In front of the house there are several parking spaces directly on the access road, you can store your bicycles in the garage.

The attractive location is ideal for long walks, bike tours and voyages of discovery in the unique nature of East Frisia. So you can actively experience your holiday on the North Sea and benefit optimally from the attractive climate of the North Sea.

By car you can reach the beach in 5 minutes, by bike in about 15 minutes.
Do you want a generous breakfast? No problem: you will find some excellent locations within a radius of approx. 300-500m.

Ankommen WohlfĂŒhlen

Das war ja mal ein tolles Ferienhaus!!! Super sauber,geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und total nette Vermieter. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt wo man sehr gut essen gehen und auch EinkĂ€ufe erledigen kann. Kommen gerne wieder.

Schnuckeliges Ferienhaus in bester Lage

In ruhiger Wohngegend gegenĂŒber einem herrlichen (weil eigentlich als Park fungierenden, von riesigen alten Linden gesĂ€umten) Friedhof gelegen, ist das HĂ€uschen bester Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge (einschl. ans Meer, bzw. auf die Inseln Langeoog, Spiekeroog usw.). Nach Jahren des Nichtreisens nicht mehr an Ferienwohnungen/-hĂ€user gewohnt, hatten wir die Regel Nr. 1 leider vergessen: Man muss IMMER ein scharfes Messer von zuhause mitbringen :-) Denn das haben FerienhĂ€user nie, und so auch dieses nicht. In allen anderen Aspekten ließ es aber nichts vermissen. FĂŒr eine Familie von drei ideal proportioniert (bei einem vierten Mitreisenden mĂŒsste man bedenken, dass der oder die aufs Stockbett muss, könnte klaustrophobisch werden). Bequem, behaglich, viele Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, ein kleines GĂ€rtchen (von uns wg. der Wetterlage nicht genutzt), wo man sicher hĂŒbsch raussitzen oder Federball spielen kann. Alles SEHR sauber - wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts war ein kleines Ameisenproblem nicht zu ĂŒbersehen, aber eben auch nicht, dass der EigentĂŒmer/Betreiber davon wusste und bereits Maßnahmen ergriffen hat. Not a big deal (bzw. sicherlich bald gar kein Deal). Esens die quintessentiell friedlich-beschauliche Kleinstadt mit allem, was man von einer solchen erwarten darf (das merkwĂŒrdige Turmmuseum der Kirche unbedingt zu empfehlen, schon weil Eintritt frei! Mit tollem Ausblick vom Turmfenster aus.) Versorgungslage dank EDEKA bequemst. Betreiber ein gelassener Profi. 5*!

Nur das Wetter war zu bemÀngeln

Die gesamte Abwicklung (checkin/out) war völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren erreichbar, ansprechbar und freundlich. Die FeWo war sauber und vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe dem Zentrum ist ideal. Die bekannten SupermĂ€rkte/Discounter sind gut erreichbar (teils auch fußlĂ€ufig). Einzig fĂŒr das Wetter im Zeitraum 14.12. 23 bis 11.01.24 wird noch nach einer Klagemauer gesucht. Ansonsten auch gerne wieder.

Urlaubsfeeling von Anfang an

Die Wohnung ist in allen RĂ€umen praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche ist ĂŒberdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, von MĂŒslischalen bis hin zum MilchaufschĂ€umer, von Teekannen- und -service bis Kaffee- und Senseomaschine. GewĂŒrze waren gut sortiert vorhanden. FahrrĂ€der konnten in der Garage geparkt werden. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben - und ein netter Vermieter!

Alles was das Herz begehrt ❀

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Esens. Das Haus, insbesondere die KĂŒche, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Besonders hilfreich ist die Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Im Umkreis ist vieles fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen (GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs, BĂ€cker, Restaurants sowie die sĂŒĂŸe Innenstadt). Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig gegenĂŒber eines Friedhofs gelegen. Bensersiel mit Strand und Hafen ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Von dort kann man auch mit der FĂ€hre nach Langeoog ĂŒbersetzen. Diverse weitere Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls in naher Umgebung zu erreichen (insbesondere fĂŒr Kinder). Der Gastgeber ist stets persönlich oder per WhatsApp erreichbar gewesen und zudem sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Die Einrichtung war modern, das Haus sehr großzĂŒgig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt von Esens fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. Einziges Manko war das viel zu weiche Boxspringbett.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist in Esens sehr zentral. Es gibt gute Restaurants. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Alles bestens!!!

Die Wohnung ist ganz fantastisch. Trotz der ZentrumsnĂ€he ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Außerdem ist sie sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal dort.

Entspannte Tage im Teetied

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Ferienhaus Teetied sehr genossen. Das Haus ist stilvoll und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, die KĂŒche hat alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist ruhig, am Rande des historischen Zentrums, gelegen. Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte sind super zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Wir hatten im Juli 2022 einen tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr stilvoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Absolut alles vorhanden was in der KĂŒche oder zum Grillen benötigt wird. Schöne, nicht einsehbare, Terasse zum Entspannen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe hiermit an Ida. Da der Garten eingezĂ€unt ist, hat auch unser Hund einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Super Lage, da zur Innenstadt und den Restaurants nur ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg. Unentlich viele Fahrradwege um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Moderne Wohnung am Stadtzentrum

Moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Praktisch die Garage als Unterstellmöglichkeit fĂŒr unsere FahrrĂ€der. Ein Stellplatz fĂŒr das Auto ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Das Haus liegt direkt am Beginn der Altstadt / FußgĂ€ngerzone.

Top Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Objekt ist liebevoll, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist ideal um das Umland mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Innenstadt von Esens liegt gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen wieder.
