"The room was clean, the hotel itself is well-maintained and the staff was attentive and friendly. Only set back is that it’s in what feels to be an unsafe area. There are a lot of homeless, zombified creatures strolling and loitering around the area. There is a security guard posted outside the hotel through out the evening and night which makes you feel safer.
In the morning, I awoke to hear ambulances and fire engines on the street a half block up."
"Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. They didn’t have pillows in the room for the pull out couch, when we asked for some we were told there were none available. Breakfast was fine, pool was fine. Overall everything just needs some tlc, a bit of money for new things, and a handyman."
"The breakfast was better than most places. The pool and waterslides were excellent. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioner was quite quiet. There was a stain beside the one bed where possibly a pet had vomited. There was somebody in the building somewhere that was smoking marijuana and the smell came through the vents occasionally."
"Everyone very helpful, friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle to boil water for some tea and got one right away. Also got extra towels when asked. I really enjoy my stays there and will return on next trip to Prince George. Thank you, well done"
