Delightful stay

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Fint boende med närhet till allt. Frukosten var toppen med många olika alternativ. Bra sängar samt i fint skick. Dock var vinglasen smutsiga men tjejen i receptionen kom omedelbart och bytte glasen.

Tråkigt att pingisracken var borta så man inte kunde spela i barnrummet. Städningen var toppen 👍 Frukosten var jättebra utbud, bara synd att det var hårstrån på vattenmelonerna så man tappade matlusten men det är ju inte hotellets fel utan någon gäst som tappat. Sängarna var sköna att sova i, vi tänkte dock inte på att det var stadsfestival, så hög musik spelades till 01.00, svårt att sova.
