This has been the worst hotel we have ever stsyed in. Should be rated 2 stars not 5 stars. I tried to get hold of expedia assistance, but expedia was extremely difficulty to reach. I would love to be contacted directly.

I didn’t get access to the whole presidentual suite and my room was blocked for half of the room by a door unable to be opened by me with my hotel card. The receptionists simply forgot to mention about this additional room and didn’t give me a key to open the door. Overall, the curtains of the room were hard to open and I did find some hair in my sink when I came there for the firet time, but as expecter staff did not help me in any way.
