She was not ugly, but she was just not helpful. "Loved this place and fully would recommend! The room was clean and cute. The breakfast was also good! The only issue I had was around safety, but it worked out; the keys are behind the desk). This looks cute but as a single female traveler I felt uncomfortable leaving a second key behind and in the open; the plus side to this story is the hotel staff gave me the extra key. Also no door latch."
