"Overall great for the price. Room is sized well and the workers were very kind and helpful. Area around the hotel was also excellent with it being close to the bus stops alongside some restaurants and a mall. Would come again!"

"The kitchen was a really nice extra and easy to make meals for the family. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. We would definitely return again."

"The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down. I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "

"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

Das beste kommt aber zum Schluss: Als ich wieder auf der Autobahn war klingelte das Tel vom Hotel und sie sagten mir ich hätte mein Cap vergessen und sie würden es mir nach Hause senden !!! WOW WAS FÜR EINEN SERVICE. Ich werden Ihnen noch etwas senden aus der CH. ==> Dahin komme ich wieder wenn ich in Toulouse bin."
