"Great hotel next to Cathedral. Nice spaces to sit in. Was hard to open our room door. Ancient handle and old fashioned large key. Room was nice overlook if a courtyard. Good shower and beds good. Would stay again. "

"The thermostat was not responsive. At first we wanted it warmer then it took 24 hours to become warmer and then it was too hot and took over 12 hours to become cooler again. There was a smell of sewage when we first got there. The bedroom with the door to the back yard had bugs on the ceiling and floors. They were spiders, ants, and small fruit flies. They only gave one bottle of water for our whole trip. We would have loved a lot more water. Their communication is very poor, it took over 12 hours for a response each time. The location is great, the style is new and contemporary. It is spacious and nice for 3-4 guests. They are new and need improvements on their communication. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The main dorm is very large, quite crowded and a little chaotic with the showers and was situated in the middle of the dorm. There is a smaller 6 bed dorm where I stayed which was great. No kitchen but cafe/bar/ restaurant on ground floor. Situated in the middle of Agés which is a beautiful village."

"Lovely room , though next to the lift so a bit noisy at times, but that can,t be helped. Television remote could do with a clean but otherwise clean room and bathroom. "

"Amazing stay for a one night stop, chose renovated room and it was lovely, clean, comfortable. Parking easy and kiosk/ cafe and restaurant on site if needed. Staff exceptional, wonderful young lady at reception."

"Staff were lovely and very friendly, rooms were clean if a little dated. Bathroom door locks didn’t work. No tea/coffee facilities or fridge in the room, however they do serve good coffee in the bar. Convenient location and extra marks for car charging facilities!"
