Located on the first floor of Maison Sarava, this generously proportioned apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. High ceilings, original decorative mouldings, beautiful wooden floors, exposed beams, and carefully selected furnishings create a warm and distinctive atmosphere.

• A third bedroom with a double bed, providing an additional peaceful sleeping space.

A large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

Maison Sarava is a historic residence whose original architecture and layout have been carefully preserved.

The apartment extends across several distinct areas of the first floor, connected by a shared staircase and corridor. As a result, not all bedrooms, the private bathroom, and the private toilet are directly connected to the living room and kitchen.

This unusual arrangement offers generous shared living spaces while allowing guests to enjoy separate areas for rest and relaxation.

Access is through the main entrance and the house's shared staircase. Other independent holiday accommodations are located within the property, while the owners live on the top floor.

Its location makes it easy to explore Perpignan, the vineyards and wine estates of Roussillon, the beaches of the Catalan coast, picturesque villages, rivers, and the beautiful natural landscapes of the Pyrénées-Orientales.

Perpignan Airport and Perpignan Hospital are approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

Free public parking is available just a short walk from the house.
