This charming holiday home on Mallorca is an ideal place for families, couples travelling together or friends who want to enjoy a few days of seclusion and tranquillity in the countryside. There is plenty of space on the huge grounds to enjoy it all to the full. Mediterranean vegetation, small paths, alcoves and walls invite you to keep looking for new places to linger. There is also a swing for the little ones. You can also enjoy pleasant hours by the pool. It is not only large, but also shallow and has easily accessible steps. On the sun terrace, comfortable loungers and brick benches invite you to relax. You can sit together at the dining table or in the cosy lounge on the covered terrace covered with river pebbles right next to the house. Due to the natural location, there may be goats in the neighbourhood. To prevent them from entering the property, there is a guard dog that runs on a lead in a fenced area.
From here you enter directly into the stylish and very spacious interior of the house. The spacious living area extends over two levels. On the ground floor there is a large dining room and a cosy living room with a fireplace and air conditioning. On this floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, which also offers plenty of space, as well as a cosy bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor of this farmhouse in Mallorca there is a lovely library. There are also four cosy double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the upper floor there is also a large terrace from which you can enjoy spectacular views. Ca Nostra de Esporlas is a great domicile for nature lovers, peace seekers and individualists!
Ca Nostra de Esporlas is a charming domicile in the west of Mallorca. It offers seclusion and tranquillity and a huge outdoor area. The farmhouse is located 4 km from Esporlas and just over 7 km from Valdemossa and Palma. The surrounding area is ideal for a variety of excursions. In Esporlas you can do your daily shopping, go to the market or visit one of the nice cafés.
