It is designed with vibrant living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. There's also an outdoor pool where you can enjoy on hot days!

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated. The first one includes a queen bed; the second features a queen bed and a single one; the third bedroom comes with a queen bed and a sofa bed; and finally, the fourth includes a queen bed. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The four bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fão has been classified as a protected landscape area. It is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal's northern coastline.

Within a few kilometers of the town are a number of well-preserved and fascinating archeological sites, many of which date back to the Bronze Age. Many of these are centered around the nearby parish of Vila Chã, and the most impressive is probably the fortified village of Castro de São Lourenço.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no public transport nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
