"The location is good, with a direct 15min walk to centre of town. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is excellent with an excellent choice of cooked and fresh cold options. Evening buffet option has a large variety of choices cooked, salad, fruit and sweet dishes. I had a room on the 1st floor near lifts/stairs...a little noisy between 07:30/08:30 - other guest and cleaning trolly with a noisy loose wheel. The pool and rear garden is a great location to relax in the sun or covered seated area. A games room with pool table, table football, and more - a separate play area/room for small children."

"Best breakfast on our whole trip. Everything was sourced locally and delicious! The hosts are the kindest and were very helpful with recommendations. We would definitely return there. Super convenient to the national park, which was beautiful. We hiked up to the waterfall."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff — they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates during busy times, which made meals less enjoyable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor on the left side of the 4th floor, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Despite these issues, the kindness of the staff and the overall comfort of the hotel made it a nice stay. With improvements to the food service and internet connectivity, this hotel could offer an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank Andrés from the bar for his excellent service throughout our stay. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive approach made our experience even more enjoyable. The experience for the kids was outstanding — truly top quality and highly recommended for families. "

"An excellent summer getaway in the Pyrenees mountains — perfect for stargazing and relaxing near streams and natural water fountains. Just a 20-minute drive from Andorra town centre on the Spanish side. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delightful."
