Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
Attention hébergement inexistant. À notre arrivée sur place à Essaouira, l'hôtel était introuvable malgré la localisation Google et deux heures de recherche à l'adresse indiquée « rue Chbanate N20 », et même accompagné des personnes habitants et commerçants dans la rue indiquée. De plus, l’hôte n’a pas répondu à mes tentatives de contact, message uniquement car pas de numéro de téléphone fourni par Expédia. Par conséquent, j’ai dû repartir en pleine nuit pour rentrer chez moi, et aucun remboursement à ce jour ni de l’hôte, ni d’Expedia . Expérience désastreuse
