HUge and empty hotel in need a updating and cleaning. Very dirty and bed bugs. I had to change rooms 3 times and each time the beds and linens were disgusting.

Tired old quirky hotel.

The Hotel Sahara in Essouira has seen better days. It is a fabulous old building right by the walls - a great location. It is very much in the 'traveller' mould by which I mean it hasn't changed its service much since I first stayed 33 years ago! The showers are inconsistent, the towels, well, bring your own. I stay in some very fine places around the world but this place is quirky, cheap, easy and safe - though not for the faint hearted. No breakfast, non existant service.

Ни в коем случае

Древний отель, куча насекомых, горячую воду ждешь по десять минут (и это норма, об этом гласит бумажка на двери внутри номера), находится в районе медины (хотя это может для кого-то и плюс), всё старое и очень грязное, даже белье и полотенца. Персонал мило улыбается и кивает, но толку от этого абсолютно никакого. Не было указанных отелем в объявлении чайника или кофеварки. Но это всё не самое страшное. В силу архитектурных особенностей и/или расположения воздух в номере ОЧЕНЬ сырой. Мало того, что стиранные носочки не сохнут, более того - влажным становится всё. Даже вещи которые Вы не стирали. Даже книга в Вашей сумке. Представляете, какой там запах и как это влият на здоровье? В ванной на шторке была черная плесень. Очень надеюсь, что это просто грязь, но очень похоже на плесень. Ах да. За трое суток в моем номере никто не убрался и даже просто не вынесли мусор. Кстати, телевизор не работал и половина лампочек не горели. Наверное, это к лучшему, иначе на свет сползлось бы еще больше насекомых. (Вы когда-нибудь видели таракана, размером с нормальный человеческий мизинец? Не в террариуме, а в живую. Я теперь - да) В общем, если я попаду в Ад, мне кажется, в нем будет лучше, чем в этом отеле.

Cold showers, dirty towels, broken glass!

No tea or coffee as stated in advert. Room was dark and very dated. The towels were dirty and at least 20 years old. Most of the time the showers were cold. I think they put the hot water on in the morning for 1 hour. I cut my finger on a broken glass table in the room.

Ideal para pasar unos dias buen precio y lo mejor de todo es la ubicacion a un paso de todo de la plsya de plaza donde se encuentran los restsurantes para comer y del zoco y te evitas alojarte por la medima que la verdad de noche da miedo ir ,fuimos para un dia y nos quedamos 4 ,ademas si vas en coche hay cerca ron un parking vigilado las 24 horas por poco dinero,habitacion grande y espaciosa yo era una individual y me dieron una tamaño king size enorme lo unico malo es q a partir de la 2 planta no llega el wifi y en la pagina de hotels indica que si que tiene y no pero bueno teniendo la playa a 5 m tampoco se echa de menos

Et godt beliggende hotel med hyggen som vigtig.

En slags andalusisk værelse flot malet i flotte farver og gode store senge og man sover godt. Vel små 100 år gammelt og meget hyggeligt. Overtaget af sønnen, der er i gang med modificering. Der mangler varmt vand; men det kommer nok! Der er mange værelser i hotellet og også store stuer. Perfekt beliggende i den gamle by og let at finde frem til fra en stor rundtur i de mange små stræder. Perfekt for familier, store som små, at bo på.

A la marocaine!

Hôtel modeste aux installations un peu vétustes. Idéalement situé aux portes de la médina. Accueil chaleureux. Propreté relative en rapport à la vétusté des lieux. Literie et linge correct. Mais la déco à la marocaine, la qualité bienveillante du personnel et la situation de l'établissement vous fera oublier les petits désagréments d'un hôtel vieillissant. Pour voyageurs esprit "routards" et/ou pas trop exigeants... les tarifs très raisonnables expliquent bien entendu un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait acceptable. Pas de petits déjeuners, mais les cafés et terrasses sont à deux pas.

Bien placé mais sale

Pas de restaurant, pas de spa, linge de lit qui sent l humide et taché, linge de toilette non fournis si pas demandé, ni savon, ampoules qui ne fonctionne pas, tuyauterie de sdb moisie par le calcair, baignoire mal lavée, reste des megots des clients precedent dans le cendrier, chambre spacieuse et fraiche mais tres humide. Pour le prix c est tres juste niveau propreté... dommage car hotel qui aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec la terasse sur le toit ainsi que leur differents grands salons. Le personnel sauvent l image en etant agreable.

El hotel parece sacado de una película, es muy bonito y tiene una ubicación estupenda, pero necesita unos arreglos y un poco más de limpieza, por el precio lo recomendaría, pero le falta más limpieza sobre todo en los baños.

Although this hotel has seen better days, it certainly has a certain charm from days of yore. Spacey rooms, sleepy staff, no service, dangerous night lights, dilapidated beds and furnture only added to said charm...although I could do without the bad toilet plumbing.

séjour en famille. l'hotel est en cours de rénovation donc difficile de noter mais je trouve la situation de l'hotel très bien. il faut attendre avant que l'eau chaude arrive mais je pense que cela est dû à la rénovation en cours.

Bon rapport qualité - prix

Cet hotel est trés bien situé et le staff à l'acceuil est trés serviable. La première chambre reçue à notre arrivée ne nous convenait pas (chambre à l'arrière trop sombre et humide) et le personnel de la réception a fait preuve de flexibilité pour nous fournir une autre chambre. Dans cette seconbde chambre, nous n'avons pas eu de problème pd'eau chaude. Cet hotel n'est pas un 5 étoiles mais il a un rapport qualité-prix raisonnable.
