Nightmare Scam

This was a nightmare experience. We booked through Hotels.Com. This was one of the few hotels "available" on a busy weekend. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and discovered the hotel was a gutted shell in the process of being renovated. The restaurant on the ground floor was still open, but we got only a shrug and were told to go away. So, we spent the next few hours searching out an alternative space to stay. During the rest of the day, we saw others arriving at the Mechoura Darna to have the same nightmare experience. Why is Hotels.com even listing this place as available?

Bien placé mais hôtel en réovation (bruit)

Personnel très sympathique mais du bruit à partir de 8h30 à cause des travaux. Chambre spacieuses et très confortables. Très bien situé. Parking à proximité.

Fregatura !!!

Eravamo un gruppo di sei persone . Le nostre camere erano state date ad altri !!!!!!! Non si è' capito di chi fosse la responsabilità . Abbiamo chiamato per 6 (sei ) volte hotels .com ma tutte le volte cadeva la linea misteriosamente !!! Per fortuna ci hanno dato un altro albergo ma a 5 km dal centro !!!! Vorrei ancora spiegazioni . Vies hotel

De locatie van het hotel is prima. Van de buitenkant ziet het hotel er mooi uit, maar binnen is het vies. We moesten vragen om schone handdoeken en toiletpapier, de douchekop kwam uit de muur vallen. Beetje vergane glorie. Het trappenhuis en de gangen van het hotel zijn heel donker. Stofzuigen was faar al maanden niet gebeurd. Op een paar uitzonderingen na was het personlee ook niet vriendelijk. Ze zien je zitten maar komen niet aan je tafel, ontbijt was ook niet vers, vieze koffie en taaie pannekoekjes. Helaas, van buiten belooft het veel, maar het is alleen de buitenkant die mooi is.

Great Locction but noisy

The Hotel is in a great location and if you get a street facing room you can watch the world go bye. The problem is that the staff are not overly concerned with making it an excellent stay. The bar downstairs is also very noisy and unless you want to sing along from your room, you wont get any sleep till after 2.

A éviter à tout prix

Très décevant au niveau de l'accueil et du confort, tout le contraire de leur publicité. La discothèque tous les soirs perturbe les nuits jusqu'à 3h du matin ! Aucune chambre n'y échappe contrairement à ce que le directeur prétend en nous changeant de chambre 4 fois. Nous avons été contraintes de quitter l'hôtel au bout de 6 nuits (12 réservées) et de trouver par nous-mêmes un autre hôtel.

extrêmement décevant

extrêmement bruyant (musique techno jusqu'à 2 heures du matin), avons été obligé de changer de chambre ce qui n'a qu'un peu atténué cet inconfort lié au bruit. L'évacuation de la douche était bouchée, nous l'avons signalé dès le 1er jour, 2 jour après l'intervention n'était toujours pas faite. Gérant sourd à toutes nos remarques et peu préoccupé du confort de ses clients, le fond de commerce semblant être le bar où est servi de l'alcool jusqu'à tard dans la nuit
