Discover this magnificent Villa "Les Agaves", a luminous and comfortable haven of peace located equidistant from the beaches of Essaouira or Sidi Kaouki. To ensure optimal comfort, the nightly rate includes the daily presence of a pool attendant and a housekeeper. The Concierge can provide a cook for an extra 30 € per day. This luxurious 400 m² property offers an ideal setting for family or friends' vacations, with a capacity to accommodate 10 people.



The villa has 5 spacious and elegant bedrooms, including 2 double beds and 3 queen size beds, ensuring optimal comfort for each guest. In terms of bathrooms, you will enjoy 5 modern bathrooms, with 4 featuring showers and 1 with a bathtub, offering privacy and practicality.



The interior is equipped with numerous comfort amenities: air conditioning, heat pump heating, safe, iron, fireplace and WiFi connection. The independent and fully equipped kitchen will delight cooking enthusiasts, with refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave and all necessary utensils.



Outside, an 80m² terrace and a 4500m² garden await you. The property has a private parking lot with 5 spaces and even offers a tennis court for sports enthusiasts. The heated private pool (only in winter) will be an additional asset for relaxing moments with family.
