Nestled in the heart of an estate without any vis-à-vis, this luxury villa welcomes up to 10 travelers in its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends.

Upon your arrival, the Villa Déléa reveals generous volumes and an architecture designed to take full advantage of the mild Moroccan climate.
The property welcomes its guests in five bright rooms each with their own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy to all occupants. A particularly spacious parental suite completes the whole while an area dedicated to children allows the youngest to fully enjoy their stay.
The living spaces have been designed to encourage moments of sharing. A large open living room brings together living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen in an elegant atmosphere where materials, high-end furniture and generous volumes create an immediate feeling of well-being. The fireplace area brings a warm atmosphere on cooler evenings while the large openings offer a permanent connection with the outdoors.
Outside, the magic operates immediately. The infinity pool becomes the heart of the property, offering a soothing panorama of the surrounding nature. The landscaped terraces, relaxation areas, private jacuzzi, outdoor lounges and many shaded corners invite to enjoy the Moroccan sun throughout the day.
To prolong the well-being experience, the villa also has a hammam and a massage room, available on reservation. Lovers of leisure will appreciate the billiards, the piano, the cinema area as well as the many facilities designed for families.

Travelers have private access to the entire property and all its amenities.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, several services can be arranged on request. A house team can intervene daily for the maintenance of the villa while a cook can prepare your breakfasts, lunches or dinners according to your desires. The meals feature Moroccan flavors and local products, with the possibility to taste specialties of the region as well as fresh fish according to the arrivals.
The pool can be heated on request with 48 hours' notice to ensure optimal comfort according to the season. The jacuzzi, hammam and wellness treatments are also available upon prior reservation.
The daily cleaning (200 DHS/day) and breakfast (60 DHS/person) are available on request.
To preserve the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, we ask our travelers to respect the calm after 10 p.m. The villa is completely non-smoking inside.
