Our overnight in Kröpke Heide was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only negative point would be that the hotel is a bit dated and looks like it could do with a refresh.

Nice and clean

The room was big and clean. Modern furniture and a good bathroom. The only downside of the room are the pillows on the bed. They are to light like the most hotels do. Normally I bring always me own pillow. Only this night I don’t :(. Except the pillows everything was perfect.

Friendly staff. Hotel itself stucked in the 80ies. Room was quiet but furnitures run down. Gym not usable as it was so humide and smelled chlorine due to the next door pool. Steam sauna did not worked. Breakfast was good.

Gutes Hotel mit hilfsbereiten Personal

Ich war an diesem Wochenende das zweite mal in dem Hotel habe unter anderem auch das Schwimmbad und den Fitnessraum genutzt. Wie beim letzten Besuch war das Personal sehr hilfbereit und nett. Das Zimmer hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen. Diesmal mit Badewanne und separater Toilette, gerade die separate Toilette gefällt mir sehr gut. Habe ich bis jetzt nur einmal in Spanien erlebt. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und gut. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Ontbijt kon online geboekt worden bij 1-persoonskamer voor € 9, maar niet bij de 2-persoonskamer.terplaatse kostte ontbijt plots €24,5.. Reclame voor gratis flesje water op de kamer lag er nog, maar het flesje ontbrak. Etui voor de kam bij de toiletartikelen lag er, maar de kam niet. Verlichting in de badkamer brandde maar half. Drinkwatertank in de wellness was leeg...niet wat mag verwacht worden van een 4* hotel

Im grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht ganz einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu zuordnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz okay. Auch hier hätte die Auswahl etwas besser sein können. Auch nicht ganz einem Hotel dieser Klasse gerichtet.

Unser Zimmer war groß auch das Bad die Sauna war auch sehr gepflegt der Ruheraum war mit 6 Liegen nicht sehr groß da die Sauna aber von wenigen genutzt wurde ging es in Ordnung mann kann diese Unterkunft ohne Abstriche empfehlen

Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Liebe zum Detail, viele Bilder an der Wand, Dekorationen in den Fensterbrettern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Herausragend war meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück. Dieses ist zwar sehr teuer, aber es war auch wirklich lecker mit frischen Brötchen, Lachs, Salaten, frischen, Erdbeeren, guten Säften etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Was könnte besser sein? Der Pool dürfte gerne etwas wärmer sein. Und der Tennisplatz wirkt dann doch etwas heruntergekommen. Aber wie cool, dass es überhaupt einen gibt! 5/5 Sternen 👍
