Pleasant hotel, tasty breakfast
The hotel was very pleasant, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. We stayed here for a fair in Düsseldorf as Duesseldorf hotels were all booked up. It was doable, but the journey does take a long time - in case you are thinking of doing the same.

Compact, but clean and modern
Nice room, but small. Clean and modern. Good continental breakfast selection (self service). not a nice location (edge of town) but a short walk into the main part if the city.

On the whole a good stay, just a niggle or two
The outside of the place and reception area do not do justice to the room (the one I had was single but enough for my needs. Breakfast was delightful and the staff member on duty was curteous and always had a smile on her face. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was the fact that they supplied a bottle of water on day of arrival and then nothing after, I had expected at least tea/coffee facilites but nothing and thought that the price was rather high and they could have left a bottle of water each day

Basic, but solid value and no complaints
I stayed in a single room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower very good. It was smallish, but big enough - there was a large TV, desk and chair so it had everything I needed - and the wifi worked well. The staff were nice (reception, cleaner, breakfast) and the breakfast was good. All round, nothing exceptional but no bade side either. The location doesn't look great, but it is a short walk into the town centre.

Für eine Nacht gehts, längere Aufenthalte würde ich nicht empfehlen. Zimmer größe des Einzelzimmers beträgt etwa 9qm 3qm bad. Der Rauchmelder wurde auf der Kofferablage befestigt, statt an der Decke. Im Badezimmer Waschbecken gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Mit mir zusammen haben 6 weitere Leute eingecheckt und für über die hälfte war Freitags um 18 uhr kein Sauberes Zimmer verfügbar. Die Rezeptionskraft beim Checkin machte einen überforderten Eindruck und war nicht gerade Freundlich zu den Gästen. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf drei Gebäude, dir teilweise keinen Aufzug besitzen. Parkplätze gibt es, anders als beworben, keine Hotel eigenen. Man wird auf die Straße oder Parkhäuser in der Nähe verwiesen. Kurzum für über 90€ pro nacht passt das Preis/Leistungs verhältniss definitiv nicht.

Meerdere malen hier geweest, tis niet meer zo mooi en schoon als dat t was. Tis t allemaal net niet meer... (badschuim leeg in douche, handzeep leeg, geen reserve wc rol, geen vuilzakje in prullebak, vlekken op muren en op t plafond enz..) Tevens zit t hotel tegenwoordig "opgehokt" met buitenlandse werknemers, (wonen daar klaarblijkelijk) die s"morgens met de bus opgehaald worden. Voor mij niet meer... jammer want t hotel ligt heel gunstig tov de stad.

Obwohl mir versichert wurde bis zum 26.8.2022 um 17:50 Uhr zu stornieren, konnte ich nicht stornieren. Ich bekam den ganzen Tag die Meldung, das der Auftrag noch bearbeitet wird und ich 30 Minuten warten soll. Dies Meldung bekam ich das erste mal um 10:15 und das letzte mal um 17:30. Das sind 6 Stunden und 15 Minuten. Etwas anderes als 30 Minuten. Das zeigt mir das eine Stornierung auf ihrem Portal nicht möglich ist. Ich werde bei ihnen kein Hotel mehr buchen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und dafür ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr Citynah und noch ein weiterer Pluspunkt, es gibt Parkplätze. Für einen Kurztrip würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Zimmer sind durchaus ok für einen Wochenendaufenthalt- sonst doch sehr klein und kaum eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung oder Kosmetikartikel. Zimmer zum Innenhof haben dann auch den Nachteil, das Raucher bis in die tiefe Nacht zum Teil ausdauerndes Gespräche führen - wer am Leben anderer teilhaben möchte, ist da immer auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Frühstück rechtfertigt in keinster Weise den Preis und ist mehr als durchschnittlich in der Vielfalt des Angebotes , wenn auch frisch.
