"Staff are great, rooms are extremely clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Great price's. Nice and quiet!!! i was able to get some good studying in for my boilers test. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!"
"The location is excellent! The cabin is cozy but was unfinished and not priced appropriately considering. Sota Property management company dropped the ball numerous times. I called and left a message when we arrived to gather entry info. It’s was in my email but I had missed it. I didn’t receive a response until the following morning. By that time I had figured out how to enter. I arrived with my wife and our 3 kids under 5 years old after a 6 hour trip from western ND. There were quite a few yellow jacket bees, spiders and other insects in the house when we arrived along with spider webs in the bathroom and other rooms. I addressed this in a message to Sota and asked for a call, I never received correspondence back. I do not like leaving negative feedback, but I more dislike a transaction that is handled poorly. I will not rent from this management company and wouldn’t recommend them moving forward. I have included pictures of the condition of the unit. It’s far from the pictures that were advertised. "
