The staff was very helpful in correcting our reservation. We asked for a quiet room and were accommodated with a comfortable, clean, quiet room on the fourth floor.
The place was still smelling new after over a year done. The room was spacious! Good accommodation for an handicapped like me. Sound proof. I just wish there was warm food.
Thank you!
We were on a motorcycle trip and it was our last stay before going back home. The covered garage was very convenient ! The room was very clean and spacious. We were very tired of our day riding from Boston, we walked across the street and bought a few things for a light supper at the Essex Junction Market, which was filles with everything you need. Great place to stay for the price! 10/10
Check in was very easy. Nice and friendly staff. Love the location was in very close proximity of eating establishments. I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.
We had the room rated for mobility access. It was clean and comfortable. Family had difficulty figuring out how to use the shower with the bench and not getting water all over the floor. My husband needs special accommodations because he has difficulty walking, getting into a shower, etc, but does not need wheelchair accommodations. I had hoped the shower bench would work, but he found it difficult. Service was great. The continental breakfast was very nice. The first night we arrived late and had to park across the street, but in a designated area. Not terrible but had to cross a 5 lane street without a crosswalk. The second night we could park in hotel parking which was better for my husband.
There was shopping nearby. I heard a train once, but it was not loud. The neighborhood seemed safe. We would stay here again.
Regular continental breakfast.
Parking was convenient.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
We were here to see a concert at the Champlain valley expo center. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better - it was right across the street from the entrance to the expo center. It also was on a Main Street with lots of restaurant options, gas station, etc. The room itself was unremarkable but worked fine for my daughter and I - it was clean and quiet. The hotel was a bit worn (carpet was wearing and pulling in places, a fair amount of chipped paint and peeling wallpaper) and the parking was not great - we got back late after the show and took the very last parking spot. Also, the staff wasn’t super helpful when I asked questions for a few things at check in; I got better help from Google. None of that was really huge though, and overall, if I was going to the expo center again, I’d definitely stay here for the pure convenience of the location.
This hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast was an excellent bonus. The parking is limited and there is a fee for early check in which was a surprise to us. It is close to restaurants and shops which was a plus. There is a Dollar Tree next door which the hotel should consider making a partnership with to use their spots at night for additional parking.
