"Cebu Pacific changed my flight. I tried to contact the hotel for possible refund or reschedule. They never replied. Hotels.com customer service tried to contact them - there was no reply. Shoddy run business. "

"Close to the main road which makes it accessible. The property seems quite old but very well maintained. Had an issue about the sink not draining fast enough, but no biggie. I am pleased with the spacious room assigned to me. The staff is warm. I appreciate their sincere greetings and smiles when entering or leaving the hotel. They were also happy to answer my questions about the area as it was my first time in Kalibo. Thank you!"
