"Firstly, Albina at reception was exceptional. Super friendly, always happy to help, and all her suggestions were 10/10. Don’t know what we’d have done without her input. The hotel is great, all the staff are lovely, pool is clean and the bar is great vibes. Only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because; 1) we had ants crawling in our bed, harmless but tickley, 2) there’s no dinner at the pool-bar, so essentially there’s no vibe in the evening. However, there is so much nearby it’s not that big a deal, it’s just something we’d have really enjoyed."

"Pros - staff were great, so friendly & helpful, pool is amazing - we had a pool in our room which was great and perfect temp. Room size is really generous & spacious for the Eurphoria suite. Gym is one of the best hotel gyms . Spa is beautiful & really enjoyable experience, the messages are great. Water all round hotel, fruit at breakfast, toiletries quality of body wash/ shampoo etc was excellent. coffee machine in room with a big fridge, Towels were always stocked. They have an app which is great and staff super responsive on WhatsApp, pool food was good too! Cons - a few areas where the hotel let itself down and to be a true 5 star I think it needs to be better at certain areas, firstly, there should be speakers in the room, although room was big it was lacking , the hotel did also not replace the vanity kits which was very frustrating, I believe there should be a free shuttle into Fira, instead taxis are really expensive and the hotel use a 3rd party company that charge more than local taxis. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, there was only a limited choice of different eggs. For a 5 star hotel it should not be machine coffee and should cater for omelettes, fried , poached etc. there was constant rubbish left around the bins not collected which is not pleasant. Parts of the hotel were “closed for renovation” - restaurant/ vitamin bar/gift shop. This felt like a cover up for not opening due to quieter times which is quite misleading & we observed no construction"

"Calissa suites was everything we needed and more the location was amazing for us, as we didn't want to be in one of the busy tourist towns ie oia or fira. It is in pyrgos which has a lovely authentic charm, fantastic views and lots of restaurants which are so much cheaper than the towns facing the caldera. The room was gorgeous and the private pool was bigger than expected and maintained daily. Only thing missing for us was an iron and ironing board but other than that it was perfect and the staff were great."

"Stunning. Stunning. Stunning. 10/10. The views were breathtaking from this property. Exactly what you see in the photos is what you'll experience in person. The food was delicious. Beautiful private room with beautiful view of the town and sea. Spa was gorgeous. And the staff, second to none. They were literally the best part. We felt like they were there just for us. Whatever we needed: transportation, suggestions for things to do, even offered a blanket to sit out and watch the view by the pool. So kind and friendly. Thank you North Santorini! We will be back!"

The location was perfect—close enough to explore the best parts of Santorini, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. The pools, dining options, and overall service were outstanding, and anytime we needed something, the team was quick, friendly, and genuinely attentive. "This Resort was phenomenal!!!!! When I tell you the staff was always on their A game, and brought hospitality to a whole other level. So attentive, and on it!!! And I Am a clean freak!!!!!! This resort surpassed my expectations of cleanliness, where i felt i could eat off the floors. Food was amazing!! Breakfast is included with your stay, but lunch and dinner you pay for. But the chef who cooked at this resort deserves a gold medal, the food was amazing when we dined in at the resort. The resort is about a 10 min walk to the beach, other restaurants and stores. The view from the resort was breathtaking. And i say it whole heartedly that the staff at this resort really take hospitality seriously. You will not be disappointed at all staying here!!! They also have a daycare/ babysitting center on site for the little kiddos. I traveled here from June 11th to June 18th of 2026. I will definitely be returning here!!."
