"The one restaurant that was supposed to à la carte served a buffet all but one night. Buffet was (no joke) 5 kinds of pasta dishes and basic salad. Staff acted as if I was interrupting them anytime I asked for something. They had no clean towels for 3 of 4 days. Bar staff was nice and bar was only decent food. "

"Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our drink order at bar asked waitress and said that they will get around to it..We left..... similar attitudes throughout resort. Front desk staff was miserable, didn't acknowledge you when approached and they rolled their eyes and looked at you as though you were an inconvenience. Outstanding service was received by Elsa, front desk when checking out, Dominique, waitstaff at breakfast, Dave, shuttle driver. Would not return and would advise others the same."

"It was our second time visiting. It is very quiet which is very nice of you are retreating from the hustle and bustle of life. The shops are nice all within walking distance. The staff was nice for the most part. "

"Our host was amazing and helped us to navigate the island. The place was very cozy and we loved the patio and being able to walk right out to the beach and the sea. We will be coming back to see you. "

"The property was partially renovated and poorly maintained. The A/C unit needs to be replaced, according to the host's contractor and has known the need for replacement for awhile. The air handler is on 24/7 but does not produce cold air in accordance with the thermostat."

"The unit is as advertised. Overlooks the beach and is well equipped. The reasons for the low review are first when we arrived there was no wifi or n hot water. The hot water was fixed within two days. The wifi took ELEVEN days to fix. It involed numerous texts an me waiting inside,for three different servicemen to call. Six days into our stay a storm knockedout the DISH tv sigonal. We stayed 14 more days and the tv signal never came back. The owner who is not local refuned 12% of the booking fee but all the troubles put a damper on the experience. P. S. We never got saw the unit manager. "
