"Most of the staff were friendly. For the most part everything was clean. The hotel rooms need to be cleaned behind the shampoo dispensers and the floors in the common areas of the hotel room should be swept as sand gets tracked into the rooms. Food is pretty good."

"There were some rude employees especially the ones in the gift store in the resort and the golf kart drivers. And if you needed a shuttle to take you to your room wait was about 10-20 mins it’s ridiculous they need to get more drivers and shuttles"
