We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! "A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "
