Modern semi-detached house located in the small French town of Estavar, just 5 minutes walk from Llívia and close to all its shops and restaurants. An ideal place to enjoy a relaxed stay surrounded by nature. The 2-storey house has 3 bedrooms, one with a doble bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds put together and a third bedroom bedroom with single bed plus pull-out trundle bed. Large living-dining room with a fireplace and access to an outdoor private yard with views, two full bathrooms, a toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen, plus a private yard and a garage. A space with lots of light and surrounded by nature. Ideal for walking and relaxing in one of the most outstanding enclaves of La Cerdanya.
Estavar is a French enclave located a few meters from the border with Spain, from where you can walk to Llívia. It stands out for its beautiful Romanesque-style Church of Sant Julià and its natural landscapes such as the banks of the Angost river that crosses the town. The French ski resorts such as Font Romeu-Bolquère, Les Angles or Eyne, are about 15 minutes away and La Molina and Masella about 25 minutes by car.
Places of interest:
Do not forget to visit the old town of Lliívia and take a walk through its beautiful streets. We also recommend going up to the old castle of l'Enclau, or the Hermitage of Bell-lloc in Dorres from where you can enjoy a beautiful 360º panoramic view of La Cerdanya.
