Within the complex you can enjoy the two communal pools. Under a ten minute drive will take you to the coast and the port of Estepona. Approximately twenty minutes in the car will take you into the town of Estepona, where you can enjoy a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment offers free WIFI, hot & cold vented aircon and a parking space in the carpark.

The open plan living space offers a lounge seating area with a sofa, chair and 49¨smart TV, with a Chromecast device. The dining area seats four people and the kitchen is fully equipped.
