Es ist eine renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 kleinen Badezimmern, Wohn-Essbereich und Küche mit Bartresen. Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank extra. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Kaffemaschine fehlt. Die Wohnung liegt im 8. Stock als Eckwohnung mit Außenwänden in Nord-Ost-Ausrichtung. Im Winter fällt bis März kein direktes Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimner vorhanden. Es gibt 2 mobile Radiatoren. Die Fenster sind nicht doppelverglast. Gebührenfreies Parken gegenüber und in der Anlage möglich und kein Problem. 2 Supermärkte nur über die Straße. Das Haus in einem Komplex mit 4 Hochhäusern erste Reihe direkt am Hafen. Tolle Lage, Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur sehenswerten Promenade.
