Ground floor apartment which consists of a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. It’s Ideally situated - you leave your apartment and in less than 2 minutes you are on the sandy beach! There is also a beautiful paved coastal walkway to explore that leads to some of the best restaurants and bars in the area – many just a 5-minute stroll away. The apartment complex has a large communal swimming pool, a pool-side bar/restaurant and a splash pool for small children surrounded by beautiful and lush, landscaped gardens. The municipality of Estepona is almost entirely dominated by the majestic Sierra Bermeja, where the natural park of Los Reales de Sierra Bermeja is located. This town's rural character is reflected in the San Isidro Labrador fiestas (15 May). In the first week of July the fiestas of the patron saint of the village are held both at the fairgrounds and in the town centre, and a few days later (16 July), the residents of Estepona worship the Virgen del Carmen with a moving sea procession, a tradition that can be found all along the coast of the province of Malaga.
