- Brand-new 120m2 apartment in the luxury Mirador de Estepona Hills resort, 1.5km from Estepona Old Town. Three bedrooms and bathrooms sleep 6, with a 30m2 south-facing balcony overlooking the sea, Estepona and Gibraltar. Enjoy two pools, an on-site bar, a fully equipped gym with free classes, saunas, tennis and padel courts. Inside: WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, safe and a fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer. Indoor parking included. Minimum age 25, no parties.
This modern, beautifully furnished 120 m² apartment offers a spacious and comfortable setting for up to six guests. It features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy for families or groups.
The generous living and dining area opens onto a 30 m² south-facing balcony, where you can relax, enjoy outdoor meals and take in spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Estepona, Gibraltar and the North African coastline.
The separate, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a convenient self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer.
Designed for modern living, the apartment also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a Bose Bluetooth sound system, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the Costa del Sol.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊
Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.
Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
