Luxury Frontline Residence - EHHouse
Luxury Frontline Residence is part of the gated residential complex Los Granados Playa with 24-hour security. It is located in Estepona, just 50 metres from Playa de Guadalmina beach, approximately 8km north of the historic centre of Estepona.
It offers cosy and comfortable beachfront accommodation with direct access to a large garden, which forms a natural barrier between the beach and the residence. The garden includes outdoor pools open all year round, a fenced children’s playground, a fitness centre with relaxation room and tennis courts. All facilities are available to guests free of charge.
The comfortable, modern-style accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people, offers 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The high-speed WiFi connection is available for free.
A SMART TV with internet access is available in the living room and master bedroom. It is therefore possible to connect to your own services such as Netflix, Disney, etc.
The apartment also includes a private terrace accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The terrace has direct access to the garden. The terrace includes an outdoor dining table, relaxing loungers and a barbecue.
The residence has a parking space in the garage.
A set of high quality, high grammage towels and bath towels, comfortable bed linen (cotton/satin mix), soap, shower gel, 3-ply toilet paper and a hairdryer are available for our guests in the bathroom. In the kitchen there are capsules for coffee (Dolce Gusto), tea, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets.
For shopping, you can use the nearby shop (curfew), which is about 10 minutes’ walk away, or visit the supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadona or Lidl, which are about 10 minutes’ drive away.
There are several golf courses close to the property.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking in the hills just outside Estepona. In addition to the beautiful views from the hilltops, there are many historical and natural sights to see.
The ski resort of Siera Nevda is about two hours away (the resort provides a full service including ski equipment and clothing hire).
For water sports enthusiasts, there are diving, fishing, paddleboard hire or boat trips.
Adrenaline lovers can also enjoy the newly built karting arena nearby.
Your children will appreciate the opportunity to explore the local safari, visit the children’s park in Puerto Banus or enjoy a boat trip to see the dolphins.
A trail that runs along the entire coastline provides easy access to El Saladillo Beach (2.1 km) and El Padron Beach (2.5 km). The trail can be used for cycling and walking tours in the surrounding area (e.g. the historic centre of Estepona about 5km).
