LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment located 100 metres from the beach and a short walk from the centre of the popular town of Estepona. The apartment, situated above a traditional Spanish tapas bar, offers guests a newly renovated and modern property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living room and private terrace with alfresco dining area.



It is the perfect getaway for families and groups looking to enjoy the sun, sea and delights that Estepona has to offer!



The master bedroom offers a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and has access to an ensuite bathroom with shower. The first guest bedroom has a double bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share access to a bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have individual A/C systems (hot and cold).



The apartment’s modern and open plan kitchen is a real treat for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. Providing all the utensils and appliances expected of a luxury property, guests will find; a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, induction stove and extractor, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and all cutlery, glassware and plates/bowls, etc. guests will also find a coffee table with seating for 4 located in the kitchen.



The living room is well furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and armchair facing a smart TV hung on the wall (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The living room opens onto the property’s spacious private terrace, which provides alfresco dining and chillout seating areas. The terrace looks over one of Estepona’s Old Town streets, which is dotted with traditional restaurants, bars and cafes.



The apartment has strong fibre optic WIFI and individual A/C units (hot and cold) in all rooms.



From the property guests will be able to be on the beach in less than a minute! Playa de la Cala is sandy and has a number of popular ‘chiringuitos’ to stop in and enjoy.
