Positioned on the 7th floor, accessible by lift, this residence is part of the prestigious Residence Infinity, a recently constructed building.



The Space:

The complex offers a spectacular rooftop terrace showcasing an infinity pool, expansive sun deck, and mesmerizing sea vistas. Additionally, residents have access to a fully equipped gym with sauna, social club and secure garage parking. The generously sized living room is divided into two sections: a dining area and a comfortable seating area with a sofabed and smart TV opening onto a balcony with outdoor seating. The renovated kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Moka coffee maker, and toaster. The primary bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed with separated bathroom including a shower. Estepona, just 30 minutes from Marbella and a 55-minute drive from Malaga airport, is renowned for its pristine sandy beaches, lively promenade and vibrant marina.
