Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

If you have an emergency outside these hours (for example, a security issue, lost keys, etc.), please don’t hesitate to contact me immediately. For any other non-urgent inquiries, I will respond first thing the next day.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, please send a message through the Airbnb app and, if necessary, call the number I provided in the house instructions. That way, I can ensure I’ll be able to address the situation as quickly as possible.

If your travel plans change and you need to arrive later, we offer a convenient Late Check-in service for an additional fee of 50€.

If you need to check in earlier, we offer an Early Check-in option for 25€, with check-in at 12:00. Subject to availability.
