Stunning house to rent in a gated community in Atalaya which is 6 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes to Estepona. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beach.
Beautifully fully refurbished, ultra modern, light and airy, open plan house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with bath) and an additional toilet.
Three bedrooms with kingsize beds. One bedroom with double sofa bed and desk. Sleeps 8.
Kitchen with Siemens appliances and all mod cons, lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, juicer, serving bowls. Inside and outside dining areas for eight people. Large separate wine fridge.
TV in lounge with IPTV and 1200 channels. Super fast wi-fi through out the property. Ring doorbell system and alarm. Air conditioning in the three upstairs bedrooms.
Parking and private grassed garden with BBQ and ping pong table. Large terrace off main bedroom which gets the evening sun with mountain sunset view, and smaller terrace off second bedroom. Large roof top terrace with sea, Africa, Gibraltar and mountain views.
