Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No central air. We have a whole house fan and portable AC unit for living room. No pets. Do you need to accommodate more than 8 guests? Beautiful place in Estes

Stayed for 3 nights to be close to Rocky Mountains. This place was beautiful. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garage made into playroom with ping pong, darts, foosball, and basketball. Kitchen fully loaded with accessories needed for preparing meals. Back porch to watch the animals come nearby. Close to Estes park town and grocery store. Check in so convenient and easy communication with owners. Would love to have stayed for more nights. Ideal place to stay!

FIRST TIME IN ESTES PARK!

And we could not have imagined a better place to stay!! The location was perfect and the house was spotless and very very comfortable. We absolutely loved having coffee & drinks on the beautiful deck and had a ton of fun with the ping pong & foosball tables!! Will definitely return as we all loved Estes Park!!

Wonderful house in Estes Park

We enjoyed our visit to Estes Park and our stay in this lovely home. It was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 young adult children). The table games in the garage were an unexpected bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several dinners at the house after busy days at RMNP.

Family wedding & reunion

We had a great time! Great location - we could walk to town and Lake Estes. Easy access to the National Park. We also had a lovely time gathering there with family members from all over the country. We had two of our family members stay in the apartment next door that is also available and that worked out great! Will definitely rent this place again!

Estes Park Getaway

This property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with top-notch pots, pans, and appliances. When we had an issue with the stove, the response by the host was immediate. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was spacious. We got close-up views of wildlife almost daily! We would definitely stay again!

Incredible Estes Park Home!

I've stayed in numerous vacation homes in Estes Park and this has to be my favorite. The home was perfect for our New Year's Eve family vacation of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing, we got to see a ton of wildlife from the back deck. The kitchen was also perfect for cooking. We'd love to stay at this home again!

Great house in the perfect location!

The house was great! It was cozy, spacious, clean and had great views. We saw deer right outside our patio. We had plenty of everything we needed. The host was responsive and there was great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Estes. So close to so many shops, restaurants and the beautiful river walk area! I promise you will love it!

Estes Park Wedding

We visited 13-17 December 2024 to attend a wedding. The home was wonderful! It had everything we needed to prepare for and hold a small family wedding in Estes Park. We even hosted a small rehearsal dinner with plenty of space for the guests. It is very close to town and we could easily get back and forth from the wedding venue, stores, etc. Leah the host is fabulous and was incredibly helpful. I would love to return in the summer!

Perfectly Wonderful Stay in Estes Park Time

Great space, amazingly furnished, terrific comfortable beds both floors! House worked great for 3 couples and great times on deck in back of house, even warm blankets available for chilly eves on deck! Was a wonderfully peaceful spot early am and great walking distance from great Village of Estes Park. Leah was amazingly helpful with suggestions for wildlife watching…. And all else. She blessed our time!Would love to go back again and again!!!

Rocky Mountain stay

We were needing a house that could accommodate 3 different sets of families to stay for a wedding in Estes Park and this location was perfect! It is just as described and the location was perfect! It was easy to get in and out of the area even with snowy conditions throughout our stay. The photos don't do it justice. We were able to use the grill for dinners and the hosts allowed us to have a large group over after the wedding. If you're looking for a large yet cozy place to stay in Estes, Mountain Memories is perfect!

Absolutely Gorgeous

As soon as you open the front door you have the awe factor of the giant windows in the living room. The pictures do not do this house justice. We also had deer and elk visit in herds all five days. If you’re looking for a place in Estes Park look no further than this house. You will not be sorry!

Perfect place to make “Mountain Memories”

Amazing stay with our family of five. The house is beautiful - clean, stocked with amenities, room for everyone. Would be great for multiple families with an upstairs area and a downstairs area. We had about 7 elk that visited us morning and evening. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck and watching them graze. Close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts were wonderful and very communicative. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect for a family who loves nature

This house is a perfect place for a family to gather. The deck and patio overlook a natural area where we spotted deer. The deck is perfect for eating a meal, relaxing after a day of hiking, enjoying your morning coffee, yoga, playing. The great room has floor to ceiling windows, comfy chairs and couches, a large dining table, well equipped kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious, downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and also have a large living area allowing a family with young children to spread out with toys from the walk-in closet. The proximity to RMNP and the cute Estes Park riverwalk and shops made it ideal for my family.

Perfection

We recently stayed at this home for a week when we were in Estes Park for a family wedding. I can't say enough good things about this home. First, it felt like home, not just a rental! It is a well built and well-maintained home. The attention to detail was amazing, whether it be basics in the kitchen, places to hang coats, plenty of towels, etc. The location is great as it was minutes from any place we wanted to go. The outdoor space was perfect and we enjoyed watching for Elk. Our contact with Leah was great and she was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this home and if we are ever in Estes Park again, this home would be our choice!

A slice of Heaven in the Rockies

This property provided our family with a great home base from which to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. It was beautifully appointed with high-end appliances and very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes/towels/blankets and a kitchen cupboard stocked with the basics. I'd love to pick up this house and exchange it for my own! Having a few toys, safety gates and a Pack N Play for the little boys was a bonus! Our communication with Leah and Mike was easy, and we had quick responses from them. Our family had a wonderful time here and made many mountain memories.

Spring Break perfection

The house is very well thought out and full of anll the amenities you could need. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are all stocked with the essentials. Layout of home is fantastic for one family or could be split between 2 smaller families. Very close to town, RMNP and an hour + drive to Eldora ski resort. We had 3 feet of snow in about a 36 hour period and the driveway was plowed at least twice in that time. Instructions for every device are in a binder so working the tvs, grill, steam shower, outdoor fire pit was very easy. The attention to detail was amazing. Would highly recommend this house for your next visit to Estes Park.

Marvelous Mountain Retreat

My family enjoyed our stay in this house tremendously. It is absolutely beautiful, nestled in a lovely community which feels very private and in the middle of the forest. The house is spotless - very beautifully taken care of and with many thoughtful ammenties. Our host Leah was easy to reach, extremely responsive on every question and loaded with wonderful suggestions about activities and places to eat. We really appreciated all of the advice and resources. The layout of the house with bedrooms on the top and bottoms floors makes a great layout for a multi family getaway. We wish we had had more family members with us to enjoy this terrific spot. The location is really convenient and there is so much room to spread out. We did not have enough time to take full advantage of this gem and we will definitely look for opportunities to come back. We enthusiastically recommend this home for anyone looking for a totally relaxing and comfortable retreat. And Rocky Mountain National Park is a fantastic place to visit many times so we will be sure to come back for a longer visit.
