We have our own terrific cleaning crew who will make sure your cabin is sparkling clean before your stay! This newly remodeled cabin features all the amenities of home with that "cabin in the mountains" feel. Completely new kitchen - fully equipped, new washer/dryer, new beds and furniture - Everything you need for that Rocky Mountain getaway. Central Airconditioning added for your comfort!
Only a 1 mile drive to Rocky or a 20-minute walk into Moraine Park. Just 2 miles from downtown Estes Park, makes a stay at Aspen Brook the best of both worlds! Wonderful stay

This was such a wonderful place to stay in Estes Park. The house was very clean and comfortable! We sat on the deck and just watched the Big Thompson river go by. Can not wait until we are able to return

Great home away from home

Well-appointed and immaculate property with everything you need for a weekend away! The cookware is clean and of fine quality, the pantry is stocked with staples and the washer and dryer are right at your fingertips. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful place

We love staying in Evergreen at Aspen Brook. Tamara was great in responding to a little problem we had with the oven temperature. We would definitely stay again and our whole family loved how beautiful and well equipped the cabin is!

Rock Mountain getaway

Couldn’t have been better. Would highly recommend Aspen Brook to anyone I know. The sound of the water was priceless. Tamara was the best you could ask for. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and Well Equipped

We enjoyed our stay immensely, centrally located, great communication, beautiful unit directly across from the river. Decorated very nicely and equipped with everything you could think of. I would highly recommend.

Cozy!

While it slept everyone fine it was a bit tight quarters. There's nothing misleading about the home. I was just used to the last place we had up there that was huge by comparison. Great little spot and wonderful babbling brook.

Super clean...looks brand new and very well decorated. Great location for wildlife viewing....we saw elk and deer right at our front door, almost. Only about 5-10 minutes from town.....and a great Italian restaurant right across the street. Only negative is that the den and kitchen might be small for a large group.

Absolutely Perfect

The property is beautiful. It's sparkling clean (even the insides of kitchen drawers were clean). High quality items fill the house (usually, we buy the "good" toilet paper or soap and replace what the rental provides, but not necessary here!). Tamara was so kind and checked in on us when we missed our flight. We will absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful Luxury

We came to Estes Park for our family reunion. We were able to get wonderful large homes right on the river. All of the homes had plenty of space with beautiful appointments, full kitchens and laundry rooms. The back decks had new salt water hot-tubs and areas for sitting, with large BBQ's and the Big Thompson River just feet from the homes. Fireplaces helped with chilly nights. The management was professional, friendly and had everything ready upon our arrival. The pictures on their website are 100% accurate. Our families had a great time hiking, white water rafting, going on drives, and seeing elk, moose, caribou, beavers, and some of the most gorgeous scenery in the country. We came at the end of June which gave us warm days and snow still at higher elevations. We really can't say enough great things about our trip.

Great location in Estes Park

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is on the edge of Estes Park - a river running by the property but also short drive to downtown - best of both worlds! Cabin was clean. Communication with owner was great. We had a fun time!

Lovely cabin, perfect location!

The cabin was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with necessities. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the water in stream and enjoying the cool temperatures. Communication with property manager was easy with quick response. We had no problems or issues.

Perfect stay

The listing was accurate but we were delighted to find they had undersold it! Everything was spotless, fully stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor deck has a beautiful view of the river. The location could not be better, just minutes from the park entrance, shopping and restaurants; however, when you're there, you feel like you are in the middle of nature surrounded by trees and mountains. Communication with the host was easy and check in and out a breeze. We had a fabulous stay and I highly recommend this Clean and Cozy cabin!

Evergreen Stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Evergreen. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We saw wild life every morning, the sound of the river was peaceful, entrance to RMNP was only a few minutes away, and it is quiet all day long. We definitely plan to visit again!
