We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Jay Bungalow and felt at home. All our needs were thoughtfully covered. The location, nearby Bear Lake Rd, was ideal for us as we visited RMNP daily, The bed was extremely comfortable.
Property had all that we needed in a quite spot. Very close to Estes and Rocky Mountain Park.

Super cute and convenient cabin
My family and I had a great time staying at this cabin. Two lovely and comfortable bedrooms, great water pressure and a small but convenient bathroom. All within 5 minutes of the Beaver Meadows VC!
Great location near the park. Would have liked YouTube TV vs Direct TV, but otherwise great.

Wonderful Stay!
We enjoyed this little cabin. It had everything we needed. It was so clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again. We felt like we were alone in the woods. Quiet!
My son and I had a great staycation in Estes and really enjoyed the Blue Jay Bungalow. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. I loved my mornings on the porch with the view of Longs Peak. The location was great, too. Close to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet. I would stay here again!
Extremely close to the action, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful.
We saw deer and a bobcat from the property.
Never Gabor’s we’re closer than I thought from the pictures, but still very quiet and peaceful.
We had a lovely time.
We visit Estes most summers and this area is a favorite for getting into the park. This was a perfect cabin for my husband and I. Looks exactly like the pictures. We didn’t cook but kitchen has all the basics. Water pressure in shower was fabulous! The couch is a bit tired but other than that, the house is comfortable and we would definitely rent again. Oh and the king mattress was super comfy.

Cozy cabin
My husband and I stayed at the Blur Jay Bungalow in August for a week and loved every minute of it! The cabin was a perfect size for us and the furniture was so comfy (especially the King size bed in the master bedroom). The views from every window were just breathtaking and I got to see so many new birds that we don't have near me. We also had visits from Mule deer, chipmunks, ground squirrels and I even caught a glimpse of an American pika! Any time I emailed with questions, I received a quick and helpful response. My husband and I will definitely be returning the the Blue Jay Bungalow again to enjoy the peace and beauty that it offers!!!

This is my third time staying at the Bluejay in the past 5 years. It has the perfect amount of charm along with practicality that make it ideal. Once again, I had deer in the front of the cabin. Its super quiet I never hear another person or car. And one of the biggest perks is that it is so close to the park entrance. I think it took me three minutes to get to the gate. Great for those who want to hike early. Love the changes to the flooring & kitchen cabinets ..& the electric fireplace.
Great location close to the RMNP entrance. Great setting among the trees and rocky landscape. We saw more deer walk through the property than we saw in the park. Loved the back deck. We relaxed there after hiking with no bugs and no worries.
We loved our stay here, but pretty sure the listing did mention laundry and there was no laundry available in the house. That's a very small gripe in the grand scheme of things because that's not why we chose the house. All in all I would absolutely stay here again the location was phenomenal, outside of downtown Estes Park but still easily accessible, and right on the entrance drive to the National Park.
I left an item when we checked out and didn’t realize it until we were miles down the road. Mgmnt responded to my text quickly and another family member who was still in town was able to pick it up at their office for me!! This was very appreciated.

Lovely stay!
Had a great stay at Blue Jay Bungalow! Clean, comfortable, and peaceful; great location right off of High Dr.
The cabin was clean and served its purpose. It did not have TV’s in the bedrooms but we really only used it for a place to rest our heads. Our kids used our iPad at night to wind down in the bedroom.
It’s located at the end of a road away from town and offers a little bit of privacy. It was nice that they had fans in the closet for night time to pull in some fresh air. Beds were comfortable.
Only negatives was there is not a washer and dryer on site. We typically stay at bigger cabins where we wash clothes before our next adventure location. This was owned by a property group and they have washer and dryers in their main location off-site. It also would have been nice to have a light out front for unloading the vehicle. Bring a flashlight so you can see in your car. There is a front porch light for the screened in porch which offers a little light.
Internet service worked great for uploading photos of our journey.
We saw one elk on property early morning. When we leave a property, we make sure we clean it up and leave it the way we found it.
