Wonderful place. Short drive to downtown. Peaceful and quiet. Nice river area. My only wish would be hot tub open after dark. Otherwise, excellent place to stay
Very well equipped and clean. Loved the kitchenette! The beds and pillows were comfy! Stay very friendly and helpful. Was close to downtown. Loved the hot tub in the evening and having a bathroom in the hot tub/pool area was very helpful. Saw an enormous 8 point buck sitting in the grass area right next to the pool. He was beautiful! We really enjoyed it weekend. We will be back! Thank you!
A vintage stacation experience in an older property which has been well maintained and upgraded. Fluffy towels, charming bedspreads, comfortable furnishings. Good value for the price. Easy access to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park.
The room was clean, interior was outdated, the bathroom was newer.
Only outlet was near the sink for charging the phone.
Was hard to get the correct temperature in the shower.
It was a pretty spot along the river.
This resort has a great location, with a clear view of mountains in the Park and a short drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance an to downtown Estes Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there several times over the years and hope to stay there again in the future.
A little disappointed that pool wasn't open in the evenings. Also, a big reason I chose this place was because site said it was a 13 min walk to rocky mtn natl park but was actually almost 3 miles away. Other than that, it was a nice place and good value.
Was a fabulous trip! The place was clean and well kept. Even though it is an older place, you can tell they take care of it well. The hot tub was clean and worked great! Can see some of the river from the deck and is a short walk to both the river and the pool. The two bedroom layout was a great set up. Bedrooms were smaller but enough space to still be functional. Only thing I would recommend bringing is a power strip as the outlets are limited. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend!
We did a weekend get away to estes. We came on the off season so not too busy everywhere. Rates were also cheaper Family of 4 two little ones. We stayed at the motel side. It was cleaning spacious had a kitchenette so saved money not having to eat out. There was only one grill on site for the motel. You need to rent the cabin for the private hot tub and grill. Thats the only part I didn't see much information on when renting that only the cabins get those amenities. Overall great stay, close to the river for fishing and 6 mins away from Rocky mountain national park
