This condo is 4 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park.
Comanche Peak 39 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Mary's Lake. Walk to the lake for fishing or skipping rocks. A quick drive to the South Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and close to Estes Park restaurants, cafes and shops.
The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath with bathtub/shower combo, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main floor living area (not comfortable for adults). Spend evenings on the private upper deck taking in the mountain views.
The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The lower level also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rental units to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

We were overjoyed with the place and location! Mary’s Lake was in walking distance for my boys and the views were fabulous! Close to everything! Hope to return next year!
Great stay...just as advertised but the view from those living room windows was just outstanding. Great location...place was sooo comfortable. Felt like home...nothing out of place, fire places...we loved our stay. 100 would book again. End unit!.

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I have stayed in this unit a couple of times and absolutely love it! The views are spectacular and the balcony is very private. We love the Mary's Lake area because of the views and also because it is so quiet. It is also very close to the RMNP entrances. The master bedroom is huge and has a wonderful fireplace in it. Highly Recommend!
Beautiful condo! Looks exactly as pictured. Had a little trouble with our code not working when we got there but office answered our call and quickly fixed the problem. Quiet neighborhood. Great mountain views. 2nd bedroom is a little small as a lot of furniture is stuffed in there but still worked well since our kids were sleeping there. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved the condo. The view was incredible. Could you please, though leave more Kleenexs than a half of box? Also, couldnt you leave at least 7 days of coffee filters? We only had 3 and had to go out and purchase more.
The property was nice and quiet and clean. We were there during winter storm Byron so I wish there would have been more blankets or throws because the power went out and it got real cold REAL FAST. The gas fireplaces don't really cut it when it's 6 degrees out.
Either way - it's a lovely place to stay - close to town - my only nitpick is get a keurig.
Property was close to downtown Estes Park with a beautiful view. Check and check out was easy. It was clean well stocked and even had samples of toiletries. Our only complaint was that master bed mattress was in poor shape. My husband had to sleep in the other room because it was very uncomfortable. He kept feeling like he was going to roll off the bed. My side of the bed was OK. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
Great place to stay, very clean and it had great mountain views! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. No complaints at all! They also have great customer service.
Nice , clean, perfect location to explore RMNP and the town of Estes Park. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning watching the sunrise and the elk graze.
Loved staying here, everything was clean and the property was pleasant. Has everything you need for a fun but comfy weekend away in the mountains! Loved that there was a full kitchen and two bedrooms as well!
View was great, but there were a number of things that were disappointing. Second bedroom wasn't big enough to even be able to store our suitcases. Kitchen supplies were old and minimal. Living area was also small and cramped. Overall very average.
The property was as pictured. The views are amazing. We had Elk and deer in the back! We loved the location for hiking as Rocky Mountain Park and Lily Lake are near by. 2 Couples stayed very comfortably.
