Location of the property was excellent. We were able to walk to whatever we wanted including the visitor center where we could then get a bus if we wanted to go further. the property is old, but our rooms were updated and very nice. Comfortable beds and good linens and towels. Our room had metal chairs to sit in, we would’ve liked something a little more comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, the view was fantastic, the shower was very good, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was also good. Not to mention a good location. There is a gazebo area, a small pond and a hot tub. We would've stayed another day if our schedule would've permitted. I would visit this hotel again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Estes Park provided you aren’t looking for something fancy. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, pillows on our bed were just ok, nice outdoor seating areas, and it was a short 10 minute walk to the downtown Estes area where there is shopping, restaurants and a nice river walk. The hotel staff was very accommodating as we needed a late check in arriving at 10pm. If you come during the fall rut, you’ll likely see elk right on the property or on the golf course next door in the evenings. Some mornings we woke to bugling right outside our balcony at 6:30am. We love this property for its simple amenities, friendly staff, convenient location and wildlife sightings.

Great location to the Rocky Mountains, easily walkable to local amenities. Loved seeing the deer on the golf course and literally right outside our door. Plenty to eat at breakfast just a shame we missed out on the first morning as we had a really early start with timed entry for the Rockies. Never mind you win some you lose some (had to make do with a McDonalds muffin)
