Fishing enthusiasts will love the easy 5-minute walk to Mary’s Lake, and we’ve provided two adult and two kids’ fishing sets so you can get right out and enjoy it.

For comfort year-round, the home includes central air conditioning (rare in Estes Park), heating, and cozy gas fireplaces. Smart home features like a secure smart lock and programmable thermostat make your stay seamless, while high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace—with an adjustable desk and next-gen monitor—support both work and play.

The Resort: Our condo is part of the Mary's Lake HOA & This condo is part of the Mary's Lake HOA. You have access to all amenities per the HOA's guidelines (e.g. seasonal pool, hot tub). The pool is heated and is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. You're welcome to use the entire house and all of the amenities!
