Fabulous Art-Filled 'Green Conscious' Retreat - You Will Love This Place!

You will love this house (Licensed Estes Park #3501) - warm, soulful and artistic home on a beautiful, private piece of land with bright sun in the morning and at the end of the day with abundant wildlife. This spacious home (2400+ square feet) is perfect for artists, couples, or families alike with an open floor plan, beautiful wood and beam ceilings, and a slate fireplace for cozy nights. Sustainable/green building and furnishing features are throughout the home.

A nice, expansive kitchen includes an island and breakfast bar that opens to the living area. A large 20 x 20 studio has many windows and french doors and is perfect for artists or as an extra play or sleeping area. There is a patio off the living room and windows on all sides of the house providing great cross-breezes and fabulous views.

Master bedroom has a king bed; queen bed in second bedroom; two twins in third bedroom; living room has a pull-out sofa; studio has a full size futon; porta-crib and bedding available for infants.

Fantastic family stay

The house and property was very nice. There was plenty of room for kids, parents and grandparents. We came in town for a wedding and were able to have a couple of small group dinners with the great outdoor space!

Estes Park house

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Estes Park. We had 6 adults and plenty of room. Communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. Location was great as well. We would happily stay here again.

Spacious getaway

Beautiful home and setting

The property was in a quiet neighborhood, close to town, had beautiful night sky, plenty of parking and large enough an accommodate the 8 of us without anyone compromising their privacy or rest. I would definitely book there again

Perfect family house

This house is the perfect place to stay for a family in Estes Park! It was convenient and close to town and everywhere we wanted to go. The outside space was perfect to grill and eat outside. We had 3 teenage girls with us and they enjoyed the space as well. We highly recommend it!

Perfect location

Mike's home was perfect for our long weekend stay in Estes Park to celebrate our son's wedding. It was prestine and spacious, equipped with all the amenities that we needed, as well as beautiful views and the occasional wildlife. We hope to return to Estes Park to enjoy the outdoor activities that it has to offer and would definitely stay at Mike's home again.

Perfect for our stay!

The house was perfect for our stay. It is just as it is advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the house was very clean and in a very good location. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to city park and our dogs loved the dog park and all the wildlife! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!!

The property was a great location!! Beautiful views of the Rocky mountains. We seen lots of wild life including a bear checking out the garbage can. The house was super clean and lots of space for everyone, Would definitely suggest this home.

This is the first time using VRBO and I'm glad we did. This property was clean with plenty of room for all of us. wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house more. It was easy to find and we did not need to contact the property manager for anything.

QUIET REFUGE

WE ARRIVED IN ESTES THE SAME DAY TRAIL RIDGE ROAD OPENED. THEHOUSE WAS CLEAN, ORDERLY, AND WELL STOCKED. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS VERY QUIET AMD WE ENJOYED WATCHING THE MULE DEER GRAZE. VERY RELAXING FAMILY GETAWAY, CONVENIENT TO PARK, FOREST TRAILS, AND DOWNTOWN ATTRACTIONS.

In town for son's wedding

We slept 6 comfortably with a 7th on a couch. We entertained quite a few groups of family inside and outside on the patio comfortably. The strolls around the neighborhood golf course were beautiful. The elk visit periodically. It worked well for us.

Great stay in Estes Park

Great house for a stay in Estes Park and to visit RMNP. Location is in a residential area that’s a brief drive from the center of the town, and about 15 minutes from the Beaver Meadows park entrance, depending on traffic. Lots of wildlife to be seen while at the house. Deer were walking through the yard as we were on the patio, and a bear tried to get into the trash cans in the middle of the night once (it failed-trash cans were bear proof). House was clean and well equipped. Would stay there again.

Great hospitality - recommended

The house was very comfortable, interestingly decorated, and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. The location was quiet, with a rural feel, but close to town. We woke to find four deer right outside the window. Mike was very easy to work with - good communication and he showed understanding and flexibility when our situation suddenly changed. We would not hesitate to return.

Elk Galore

We went for Elk Fest and this is the place to stay! The bull elk bugled all around us. At one point a herd of 40 or so bedded down behind the house for the afternoon shade. We could watch them out the bedroom and kitchen windows. A fabulous experience for us native Coloradans and our out-of-state visitors.Extremely well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and bedding. We grilled and picniced. Lots of windows to let in the views. Perfect😀

Beautiful house with a couple minor issued

Overall our stay was great. Kitchen was fully stocked, comfortable beds and beautiful views. The owner allowed early check in which was also great. We did encounter an issue with a bathroom sink that made it un usable. We reported it to the owner but did not get a response. We also thought that there would have been firewood for the fireplace but there was not so plan to bring your own if you want to have a fire.
