Fabulous Art-Filled 'Green Conscious' Retreat - You Will Love This Place!

  • You will love this house (Licensed Estes Park #3501) - warm, soulful and artistic home on a beautiful, private piece of land with bright sun in the morning and at the end of the day with abundant wildlife. This spacious home (2400+ square feet) is perfect for artists, couples, or families alike with an open floor plan, beautiful wood and beam ceilings, and a slate fireplace for cozy nights. Sustainable/green building and furnishing features are throughout the home.

    A nice, expansive kitchen includes an island and breakfast bar that opens to the living area. A large 20 x 20 studio has many windows and french doors and is perfect for artists or as an extra play or sleeping area. There is a patio off the living room and windows on all sides of the house providing great cross-breezes and fabulous views.

    Master bedroom has a king bed; queen bed in second bedroom; two twins in third bedroom; living room has a pull-out sofa; studio has a full size futon; porta-crib and bedding available for infants.
