We really enjoyed staying here. The house is spacious, clean and has great views! It feels tucked away from the busy downtown part of Estes but is actually very close. We would definitely book again.
This home was the perfect spot for a girls’ trip! Very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and RMNP. Comfortable house with plenty of space and amenities. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
Easy rental from start to finish. Beautiful home as described and very clean. Helpful tips from owner on great food options and places to see while visiting.
We were so impressed with this property in person! Super clean, perfectly appointed, so spacious, and the views are spectacular!!! We cannot wait to stay here again!
House was very clean, great layout for families.
Great location, beautiful and so close to RMNP and town. Enjoyed the family of elk wandering between houses.
Also enjoyed the hot tub every day; and toys and games were a big hit.
Would definitely return👍
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of space for our family of five and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was proactive and responsive. There are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property!!
The property was clean and well appointed. The location was very good with quick access to down town Estes Park and RMNP but not so close to be bothered by crowds or traffic. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.
We loved our 3 night stay at this home. The views and the Location are amazing! Comfortable beds, lots of space and all the things you need! We used the hot tub every day/night and saw elk and deer right in our backyard. My kids loved it all and we can’t wait to come back! Bring coffee if you’re a coffee drinker and maybe a few beach towels for the hot tub but otherwise you’re covered.
This property was very much as advertised. Very clean, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and and comfortable beds. There is easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park or the hustle and bustle of downtown Estes Park, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood where we were visited by deer and a flock of turkeys. The hot tub was much appreciated after a day on the trail. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed this property! Lovely view- we had elk, deer and a ton of turkeys walk thru the yard! We had our 2 1/2 yr old twin granddaughters with us so the toys (especially the army cars) and step stool for the bathroom were a hit! The beds were very comfortable and loved having 3 king beds. That is hard to find for a group! Hot tub was awesome and plenty of towels etc. Would highly recommend!
The details provided by the property manager prior to arrival were very helpful. We arrived when it was still light outside so it was easy to find, in the dark it may be difficult. Location was great, close to a grocery store and a mile or so from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Plenty of things to do around town. House was clean and precisely as described. Had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. Property manager was nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Beautiful view.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space indoors for our grandkids to play and the back deck was a favorite spot for all of us. Convenient enough to downtown to feel like we were 'in the thick of things' when we wanted to be, yet far enough away to feel like we had privacy when desired.
The one thing that was a bit confusing was where the keypad for entry was located. There is a storm/screen door at the front entry that covers the keypad, so it's important to know that you need to open the storm door to access the keypad. We contacted the property mgmt company to ask for assistance, and received a prompt response. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay so much at this wonderful house! The location was great and there was lots of room for me, my husband, and our 3 kids + a best friend. It is so close to town so we could explore and have fun there. There is a great grocery store close by to stock up the kitchen. And we were super close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed hiking and horse back riding. We saw lots of wildlife while we were there and enjoyed sitting on the patio with a gorgeous view. The house was so clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy while we were there! The kids loved the downstairs living room and we enjoyed the upstairs one as well. We loved eating outside on the patio in the evenings. Everything was very well communicated to us by the host. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!
We had an issue with cleanliness that made for a rough first day, but the property manager took care of it to our satisfaction without any pushback. They are quick to respond to any inquiries. Location is very convenient to park and the rest of Estes. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice deck to enjoy, plenty of room inside for people to spread out. It was advertised as having A/C, but all it has is a small window unit permanently installed in the wall by the front door. This doesn't help much for master bedroom, so I was disappointed in that. We like to sleep in cold temps and it was hard to cool down bedrooms in July. I don't like to have windows on ground level open all night long for security, bears, noises, can't close blinds, etc.
The home was exactly as described. Was extremely well stocked and maintained. Communications with the owner were extremely quick whenever we needed anything. Could not of asked for anything more!
The property was wonderful and the view was spectacular! The house was spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped!!! The location was super easy to get too, and we enjoyed seeing the wildlife walking through the yard.
